At Solidaris, a health insurance fund in Flanders, I took on the design lead role that nobody held yet. I brought design together across the Dutch and French side of the organisation, documented it all in zeroheight, and designed the tools staff use every day: a workflow app that combines document scanning with task tracking, an app for social workers, and a customer zone we rebuilt from scratch.

What I did
Took the lead on design
Nobody held the role, so I did: planning, priorities, and making the case for UX across the organisation.
One design practice, two languages
Brought the Dutch and French teams onto one shared Figma setup and one way of working.
A workflow app, rebuilt
Document scanning and task tracking in one, with clean flows that paid off years of design debt.
Illustrated avatars
Small illustrations that gave an internal tool some warmth.
Documentation in zeroheight
A design system site where developers and designers could actually find answers.

Redesigned with a colleague, from structure to screens.
