Colruyt Group
- Role
- Junior Solution Analyst
- When
- Oct 2020 → Jan 2022
Junior solution analyst at Colruyt Group, the Belgian retail group, and my least purely IT job. For Cru, their high-end brand, I worked on website requirements and delivery, and across the stores I made checkouts faster, got stores ready for peak periods and handled third-line support. It taught me that change needs trust, and that trust is earned face to face.
